In today™s world people have become all about new developments and technology is just the way to do it. We live in a technology advanced world where people depend on technology to get through their everyday lives. Walt Disney has not always been on top of the development of technology which gives them the opportunity to use technology innovation to grow. Technology innovation is new ideas, creative thoughts, and new imaginations with new technology devices. So, while Walt Disney begins to create, develop, and distribute there shall be three measurable objectives, performance, quality, and customers experience. The first objective is performance which is improving product and service by making software faster and more reliable. Being able to develop technology that has high performance allows a company to push through and outperform. Second is quality which is making a product that is durable as well as useful.
