The business currently has more than 10 stores and is famous for their pizza and sandwiches. With the growing number of customers Pizza Man has been receiving lots of phone call orders. So the business has decided to build a mobile application that would remember a customer and also their preference, and also reduce the time it takes to place an order (Detroit labs). It is because most of their customers own smartphone also has been asking for a mobile application through which they could place orders which would be convenient not only for the customers but also for the business. With the customers ordering food through mobile app, the business also saves time as it reduces the time an employee has to spend on the phone taking orders and also the customers do not have to hold for the phone line to be available in order to place their orders.
