The execution strategy starts with the identification of two issues of focus. The first is executing a strategy to fix an inventory issue by changing inventory days from Wednesday at 7PM to Thursday at 7AM. Second, the execution strategy for the driver pay issue will include updating software for mapping in the restaurants and training. The execution will be successful with a dedicated management team and a strong corporate culture. Financial Evaluation Tangible and intangible costs will be discovered through a cost-benefit analysis. Additionally, an ROI will be measured. The measurement will include the increased accuracy of inventory and the reduction of turnover.
