Introduction I work as a drug and alcohol counsellor for Cora and Sammy. I am a member of multi-agency expert service. The collaboration across agencies or the multi-agency working (MAW), provides su... ccessful service delivery to people with various needs. It provides customers with a variety of services promptly (Hughes, 2006). It contributes to tackling a wide variety of cross-cutting risk issues that may influence a child or adult by generating a one-of-a-kind ability to contribute to early diagnosis and preventive services (Quinney2012).
