Left sided heart failure- patient may have SOB quicker, will retain fluid, will see edema 22. You’re looking at patient and they seem like they are having difficulty breathing, but o2 level is ok. Check to see if anything causing this. 23. Walking in patient room and they have heart failure and you see them struggling to breathe? First thing to do is to sit them up, we are worried it would go into their lungs if they are laying down. 24. If you give someone nitro- check BP 25. With furosemide- check BP as well. 26.
