Concerns in the educational sector have very certainly resounded around the globe as a result of this catastrophe. The spread of COVID-19 caused the temporary closure of several educational institutions (Adedoyin and Soykan, 2020). Time will be lost in several places around the planet, perhaps for the rest of the semester or possibly beyond into the future. Some universities and colleges no longer provide traditional on-campus classes. The scholars think that class time will not be back in session soon. Social isolation is expected at this age and harms students' study ability. The educational system is working on several solutions to help students face this problematic scenario. Dhawan (2020) states that schools should prepare for the future by creating a scenario plan. Humanity and solidarity are musts in this predicament. Urgent action is required to solve this problem and avert further damage to individuals, groups, institutions, communities, and the nation. There are many upsides to taking courses online. Accessibility, affordability, flexibility, learning pedagogy, lifelong learning, and policy are only a few foundations upon which the idea of digital pedagogy rests (Hamid, Sentryo and Hasan, 2020). Online education is widely regarded as accessible in rural and outlying places. Online education is often viewed as more cost-effective than traditional classroom instruction because of savings in time, money, and other resources. Students enrolled in an online education program can finish their coursework whenever it fits their busy schedules. Blended learning and the flipped classroom are two terms for the same thing: face-to-face instruction augmented by digital tools (Allo, 2020). Learning is a process that may be done at any time and in any place. Thus students never stop learning. The government sees the importance of online education increasing as time goes on. The rapid spread of the Corona Virus makes online education especially useful during times of crisis. This paper discuss various advantages and disadvantages of online learning. Main body Concept of E-Learning Rapid technology improvements have made distance learning more feasible. Online education (under certain circumstances), mobile education (under specific terms), web-basededucation (under specific terms), and open and open education (under specific terms) all have the same feature of enabling students to access their courses whenever and wherever they like (Galustyan et al., 2019). The benefits of online learning cannot be overstated when it comes to education. Students and teachers may communicate asynchronously or synchronously (such as smartphones) in an online learning environment, which may include internet-connected devices. In such a setting, students can study and collaborate with their peers and teachers. Live lectures, real-time collaboration, and instantaneous feedback for both students and teachers are hallmarks of synchronous learning, which stands in contrast to asynchronous settings. Where traditional classroom instruction or lectures would be impossible, online resources and discussion boards would be readily available. Response and feedback times are too long in this setting (Kumar Basak, Wotto and Bélanger, 2018). Simultaneous learning has been found to improve communication and collaboration. It is not enough to use these online platforms outside of classrooms; other conditions must be addressed, such as helping students do better with video conferencing, keeping a natural classroom atmosphere with discussions, and completing tasks on the spot (Prochazkova et al., 2019). Covid 19 and adoption of online leaning The major epidemic of Covid-19 has also impacted schools and colleges. Several potential obstacles can be overcome through online teaching and learning, all related to the causes mentioned above. If the Corona Virus has infected a school, then they have likely already begun switching to a more computerised approach to teaching and learning (Ai et al., 2019). Because of this disaster, we can see how beneficial online education may be for establishments that have been slow to adopt new teaching and learning methods. Our goal is to reach many people with the gospel through various forms of distance learning. In light of the critical requirement institutions at today's universities that have gone paperless in every respect are making the most of technology (Zhang et al., 2022). Throughout the world, in educational institutions like these, instructional strategies are integrated, and technology is used to great advantage. Now more than ever, it is crucial to improve the standard of remote education as online education begins to dominate the field. Overnight, traditional lecture halls were transformed into interactive online learning environments to meet the demands of the modern economy. In this challenging era, young people do not require a quality education since they do not require meaningful experience (Fatawi et al., 2020).The refusal to adapt will help no school anywhere in the world. Through responsiveness to change and sustained high quality in relatively short time frame. If competition exists, they will be able to thrive. Institutions of higher learning are subject to intense scrutiny and risk their reputations. They have been able to keep their education at a high standard during the crisis, showing how well they can adjust to new situations. Online courses are not a suitable substitute for in-person lectures. It is unrealistic to expect universities to overnight create online resources from course materials. The biggest problems with online education stem from disruption, scalability, and individualisation (Goodsett, 2020). There is a need for creative institutional responses if we are to survive this pandemic. Even if in-person instruction is permissible, the online classroom can be used in some unusual circumstances.
