Diversity Proposal: Reinvigorate Inclusion Efforts Our business is faced with discrimination cases, but the companies' preposition has a transformative power to change diversity and inclusion in wor... kplaces. This aspect is what will change the business work ethic and principles. The business uses a scorecard to monitor the proportion involved in distributing opportunities in promotions, hiring, and giving turnovers. Scorecards can predict how business opportunities are distributed all over the workplace and foresee what will be advanced for the sake of diversity and inclusion. The firm's mission statement must illustrate how the organization is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion. The mission statement's importance is to indicate the firm's position for cultivating culture (Sharma, 2019). Creating a mission statement must ensure that it is building community; the statement is highly readable and should mention diversity initiatives (Grissom, 2018). For instance, a firm may use a mission statement like "one firm, one family." This statement is highly recognizing diversity within a firm, and this can bring an interpretation that the firm is committed to foster diversity and inclusion. The company should also create more readable and specific goals determined to cultivate the organization culture by valuing, respecting, and treating each individual within the organization regardless of ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, and other discriminating factors.
