Commenced antpsychotc meds (rispoderone) 10/03/2018:  Patent ceased reportnn auditory or visuala hallucinatons.Lessdisornanised thinkinn.  No sinns of thounht blockinn or latency.  Able to minimise delusions and focus on actvites of daily livinn. Nursing management:  Assess for objectve sinns of psychosis.  Redirect patent from delusions.  Ensure medical compliance.  Help maintain behavioral control, provide therapy if possible.
