These external and internal changes are so powerful that it can transform the operational function and systems of business unit. Business unit have the responsibility to manage the transformation or system in a systematic approach. The management and the employees of organization should understand the importance of change management. Planning before execution and implementation of required changes in the existing process have to be done. The communication between staffs, management, and frontrunners should be smooth, to make required changes execution successful. On the other side, communication between employees of different departments can be more fruitful in execution of suitable changes (Muhamedi and Ariffin, 2017). This study will focus on different prospects of change management. The benefits of change management will also be studied here. The different transformations, which are responsible for initiation of change management, will be discussed here. British Airways and easyJet are taken into considerations, and the effects of numerous drivers of change on them will be calculated 3LO 1 Introduction The transformation that is responsible to execute required changes in the ongoing process highlights in this study. The roles of various drivers along with its functions are going to be evaluated here. Through detailed discussion of drivers of changes, the advantages and disadvantages of different changes are also analysed. Compare different examples of organisations where change has impacted on the organisations’ strategy and operations. Many companies executed transformations or changes in their operational procedure because of internal changes and external changes. To retain in competition with its competitors, the business unit have to execute certain changes, which are required. Every business unit have different policies and schemes to handle changes or transformations. Change management comprises of four different issues. These four issues are execution, drivers those are responsible for transformation, company’s specific role, and transformation (Benn et al., 2018).
