As I said in the previous question, in a finanical company there are extremely overwhelming amount of controls and rules involved. In every different service offered all the controls are different. In many other industry’s mergers have difficulty merging cultures. But when you merge together multiple financial services it gets really technical and detailed. Today we have a lot of information systems that have strong integration and controls configured into them.
