QVP Task Three: Reflection Paper I. Energy Graph and Learning Report The working style tool was an extremely insightful and valuable tool in helping me understand how I function in life, work, and ... school. It was surprising to see how accurate the tool was in describing my personality traits and how I incorporate those traits into my daily life. My highest levels on the chart was examine, which I was extreme in, and execute which I was effortless in. Since my primary working style and learning style is examine, I will focus on this dynamic, along with the extreme energy level. In the examine dynamic, my two main strengths are my attention to detail as a systematic thinker, and my well-organized planning. Have great attention to detail allows me to learn almost anything as I am able to focus my attention on the facts and memorize them with relative ease. I can also recognize where I have made errors, allowing me the opportunity to learn from those errors while continuously improving. Being a well-organized planner allows me to lay out all of the facts and quickly sets and obtain goals. I am able to systematically arranged projects and goals in order to find the most effective strategy for success.
