SOAP_NSG 6020_LINA_CALDERON_5_UTI CC: Mother states- "My child has been complaining of abdominal pain since last night and burning when urinating this morning and she vomited once." HPI: As p... er mother, patient went to swimming class yesterday and when she came back home late afternoon she was having some abdominal discomfort and said her stomach hurt. She went to lay down and at dinner time stated she did not want to eat. Mother gave her 10 mL of ibuprofen and she went back to sleep the rest of the night. Today when she wake up went to the bathroom, start crying when urinating and stated “my pee is burns” and then she vomited once after. Mother states she became tearful and wanted to go back in bed. States up until yesterday morning child had been eating and drinking adequately. Mother reports no known fever. [Show More]
