Penetration Test Proposal Deliverable 4: Final Penetration Test Proposal Rules of Engagement Overview This penetration test will include the use of many tools as well as some manual forms of net... work penetration. We will use tools that will allow us to test your networks perimeter defenses and your employees online IQ. The process will consist of probing your perimeter for vulnerabilities and weaknesses and then attempting to exploits those gaps. We will not use more resources or effort than the average network attacker. We ask that you do not give any employees of our actions or possible presence on the network. The tools that we use are state of the art and used throughout the industry. We will run the test for a period of ten days, which will be two weeks not to include weekends. The pricing will be discussed at a later time and will be based on number of services targeted. Scope The testing will focus on the valid IP ranges and domains associated with the Haverbrook. We will target headquarters in Largo Maryland as well as a majority of the other 350 nationwide locations. For the purpose of this test no employee is of limits or out of bounds. We will provide all findings in a full detailed report to Haverbrook upon the completion of the test. We will keep our targeting to social engineering, company IP infrastructure, cloud services, and Internet service providers. Checklist We require that your company have either wired or wireless network connectivity to the World Wide Web. We require that you make available any target on the Haverbrook network no matter their position. [Show More]
