As requested, I have thought of various methods by which we could overcome these stated issues and work towards becoming a more effective and cohesive team, building upon each members strengths and covering for any others weaknesses. Below, I have included my thoughts on each team member, followed by recommendations that I believe will help them to move past any shortcoming they have while also helping them to better communicate with the other members of the team. Gail is a wonderful organizer and group lead for any project. She is detail oriented and focused, communicates her ideas clearly, and always checks with the group to be sure that everyone understands the details of the project. It may be hard for others to speak up because shes so focused, so I believe it would be beneficial for her to learn more about the other members of the team and how best to communicate with each of them specifically. An evenly measured approach could be beneficial when confronted by Robert, while a more inviting and friendly tone would be best when trying to get Melissa to open up about her ideas.
