In addressing his symptoms we will evaluate the interventions used by Safe Headspace to improve the quality of life of individuals who were experienced similar symptoms related to traumatic brain injury and post traumatic stress disorder. We will then examine the literature for supporting or contradicting evidence and will work with Mr. Nowak to create an individualized plan of care. Evaluation of Expected Outcomes Safe Headspace was a program that was initiated in an attempt to address several areas of quality of life in patients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) ant Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The primary quality of life outcomes that were measured were mood, short-to-medium term memory, and muscle control. The interventions included physical exercise, meditation, medications, psychotherapy, and memory exercises.
