These questions were created to find out which pharmacies were performing optimally. I would like to implement their strategies in order to maximize the potential of all other ABC Pharmacies. Business Goals My business goal was to figure out which of the ABC Pharmacy’s made the most money. This means that I would be able to emulate how this pharmacy runs, and implement these ideas into the other pharmacies. Therefore, the other pharmacies should expect an increase in productivity and sales. Data Description ABC Pharmacy is a dataset that consists of different data sets. These include: MAJOR_PROD_CAT, PHRMCY_MASTER, POS_TRANS, PROD_CAT, PROD_MASTER, PROD_SUB_CAT, and PROD_SEG. Overall, some of the data was missing in these data sets. Each of these data sets can be utilized to find out more about each individual pharmacy. Methodological Summary First, I had to look at the data sets, to see what questions I could come up with. I had to figure out which data sets I would be able to link together to find my answers. Then, I had to link these data sets together, to find the answers to my questions. Results The product that sold the most from all stores is DME SALES (22,413) and the product that sold the least amount of times was HUMOR (1). The least expensive product sold is GNP Cod Liver Oil SGC 100 ($0.01) and the most expensive product sold is DME ($75,000).
