A 72 year od obese smoker with a past medical history of poorly controlled hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia presents to the emergency department with an excruciating crushing retrosternal ... chest pain that radiates to his left jaw and left inner arm. The patient states that he pain started about 30 minutes ago and its severity has remained constant. He vomited once on the way to the hospital.
