Literature review ( about 1400 words) 2.1 Theories on CSR (introduce the theories，such as stakeholder theory and so on，you need to review that the role of the CSR plays in each theory） 2.2 Empirical evidence on customer response to CSR （What article do an empirical, and what is the conclusion that... For example, all the documents relating to the customer, what are the papers about satisfaction, loyalty, what are the response to what.
