My mission is to be a competent nurse who fully engages with my co-workers to provide outstanding healthcare for our patients and advocates for them to enhance their care outcomes. I will continue with my nursing education to enhance my practice and advance my career in the company that I work in. My time and energy are focused on continuing my education and once I have completed my BSN studies, I plan to become certified in Case Management, the nursing field that I work in. I have never written a mission statement before. It is nice to have the direction that I want to go in my nursing journey written so I can stay on track and focused on my goals.
