Cough began six months ago and is intermittent but frequent, with worsened symptoms in the morning. Patient stated that the cough is productive with yellow-white phlegm, aggravated by activity and relieved by rest. Patient attempted to use Robitussin PM with no relief of symptoms. Patient is normally able to easily walk 1 mile per day and recently is unable to walk greater than 20 ft without becoming short of breath.
