The sector of social and health care has various section which offer healthcare services to people with special needs. The sector uses the philosophy of care to support vulnerable individuals by imp... lementing their rights in accordance with the right legislation and codes of practice. Service users are also protected from abuse and harm through these legislations. A person-centers approach used by services ensures the personal needs of consumers. Even though the philosophy care is used to develop as well as care for patients yet, still ethical dilemmas as well as conflicts are experienced.
