Describe how each of the following factors helps you make decisions that enhance your mental and emotional health.  Your peers: They extent to my mental and emotional health because they can increase your encouragements to be more active and think happy by doing activities clearing your mind of things.  Your family: My family can add to my mental and emotional health because they have the ability to give you support and your family members make you grow that unique personality of yours.  Your school and community: They also affect my mental and emotional health because they have events where you can participate in something you are interested in. It finds your passion in hobbies or field.  Your use of television, cell phones, computers, and other telecommunication technologies: They increase my mental and emotional health because they help people get messages faster and stay social. The bad side of electronics to my mental and emotional health is that they can be an addition to stay on it all the time making people disconnect with nature and activities outside. It could make loose relationships with people, your exercise. Also, you can make new friends, but there are people that have make profiles online. Fooling kids to meet them at a park or mall is very dangerous. b. Describe how the above factors create barriers for maintaining your mental and emotional health. What barriers do they create? These factors above create barriers like making people not want to have exercise no more, become lazy, meeting people that pretend to be someone else that they are not causing dangerous and risky meet ups especially for teens.
