Palpate frontal & maxillary sinuses PMS B- pink, moist, swelling, bogginess SSD – septum straight, deviation free speculum inside tipped up nose. look inside your both turbinates- pink and moist swelling or bogginess and the septum is midline. I will angle anteriorly, and I see that your septum is straight, there's no deviation. No palpable frontal & maxillary sinus tenderness. Inspect lips, teeth, gums, buccal mucosa, palate, tongue, the floor of the mouth posterior pharynx, and tonsils (grade tonsils) Lips pink, moist. Teeth-no decay or cracks. gums look pink without redness or swelling. B/L buccal mucosa moist and pink. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Assess PROM of knees (flexion, extension). Assess b/l knee strength– flex/extend against resistance – 5/5. Assess PROM of the ankles (dorsiflexion, plantar flexion, rotation). Assess b/l ankle strength– dorsi/plantar flex against resistance – 5/5. Assess dorsalis pedis pulse Bilateral assess. 2+ and equal Inspect and palpate the spine. Assess active ROM of the spine. Inspect and palpate the spine – expected curvatures, alignment, tenderness.
