INTERVIEW A SENIOR CITIZEN 2 Interview a Senior Citizen Senior citizens are fascinating individuals, most of them have lived through some of the huge events in history and have much knowledge that the... y have gained over the years. I have had the pleasure of interviewing a 66 year old woman, I will not use her real name, so I will use the name Mary. I have known Mary for 3 years I dated her youngest son 4 years ago. I asked her if she will be willing to do the interview because she was a vibrant, active, social older woman who had a positive outlook for all things in life. I was surprised on how big it had got since last time I visited. She loves to be in her garden. We joked around for a bit after I arrived and we sat down in the cute little gazebo in the garden. She brought out some lemonade (she remembered my favorite drink). Mary was very happy on this day. I knew that Mary was active but I had no idea of how active. The text stated that, “The elderly themselves exercise less, and their inaction increases stiffness; reduces range of motion; and slows down circulation, digestion, the brain, and so on [Show More]
