All OUTPUT LEVEL and GAIN controls are turned fully counterclockwise to the MIN position. All the equipments are power up.1) Adjust the channel A controls on the Dual Function Generator as follows: FUNCTION : Sine wave FREQUENCY RANGE : 10 kHz OUTPUT FREQUENCY display : A FREQUENCY knob : Adjust for 2 kHz ATTENUATOR : 20 Db OUTPUT LEVEL knob : ¼ turn cw The low frequency signal now present at OUTPUT A will be used as the input for the AM communications system.
