Getta Byte Software Project 1. Introduction 1.1 Project goals and objectives The Getta Byte Software gave great insight on a god project charter. Due to their current manual system having a few ch... allenges such as inaccuracies in their data entries as well as being time consuming. Inaccurate data can put the company at great risk and therefore, this current manual system must be replaced. Getta Byte Software Project main mission and goal is to replace their current manual billing system with an online software system that will enable a more accurate, easy, and fast data entry system. This upgrade in online software will enhance their data entry, conceive a dynamic update towards their receivables as well as having a potential savings of 25% of their total labor costs per month. As the project manager, along with the CFO, CEO, finance department, the billing department, and customer care services will work together to ensure the project is a success. The success of the project shall be attributed to the fact that the billing cycles are reduced to more than 30% each month, as well as having dynamic report generation and speed up transactions and response times. As per the project schedule, it is expected that the development and testing of the software be done by August 15 and the first pilot done by September 1.This gives the team plenty of time to work out any mishaps and ensure the system is working accurately and within the expectations and goals of the project.
