In this situation both need to be open minded and let each other talk. Talking over someone in this situation when both individuals are close minded is unideal to collaborate with each other well. One strategy a manager could resolve this issue is by sitting in the meeting between the two and give supportive feedback or ideas for them. While the manager is in the meeting with Emma and Isabella, he/she can provide or help incorporate hands on and lecture into one training. This makes it for them to full cooperated and communicate better with each other. This helps Emma and Isabella plays into their strength and weakness when presenting this training. When a manager sits in and offers supportive feedback on this training it helps ease the tense for Emma and Isabella. Other method should be used is talking to them individually and have them explain their ideas. This is where the manager can consolidate their ideas into one and present it to them. This let Emma and Isabella to kind of make the decision where they can incorporate what part they want to cover. Allowing them to determine their ideas and make where they can exercise it for both interactive learning and lecture format.
