I will also include weather the firm should use long term or short term borrowing to raise the funds they will need immediately to fund this acquisition and the reasoning behind this selection. I will also discuss the significance of inflation rates and how they will affect this purchase. In this case study I will also detail the relationship between yield curves and the term structure of interest rates. I will also determine what ratios would be used to assess the financial health of the potential acquisition. Lastly I will explain what would happen to interest rates if a new process was developed to let automobiles run of oil that was made from lemonade which would be expensive technology but well worth it considering its impact on interest rates. A credit score is a number that is given to a person based on a level analysis of a person™s credit file which include their history and current lines of credit and it represents the creditworthiness of a person. It is normally received from a credit bureau or agency such as TransUnion, Equifax, Experian. The highest credit score possible is 850 and when determining this number they base it on five categories.
