Parent states that the patient has recently been complaining of generalized abdominal muscle strain since beginning gymnastic class one month prior; Parent states that the patient’s pain is intermittent in nature, occurring after vigorous exercise, and that the pain is relieved with rest and following the administration of ibuprofen medication; Parent is without other growth and developmental concerns; Parent inquires about what vaccines that child needs at this time to get her caught up prior to starting elementary school.
