How accurate are these stereotypes U.S Society used each groups culture to construct the group identify of the work force by bringing in a wider range of ideas and experience to the community and workplace. All of the groups have been stereotype in some way. The people would always find a way to stereotype the people from other ethnicity. Native American has been stereotype by saying that they are alcoholics, lazy and that they lived observation. Other said that they receive special benefits and privileges from the government. Hispanics American has been stereotype by their language, and immigration. African American has been stereotype when people when people said that all black people look alike and all black people like watermelon. The Jewish Americans has been stereotype by their traditions. Chinese and Japanese American has been stereotype by the way they look. My opinion of all these stereotype How do the behavior and thinking patterns of U.S. culture apply to each group, especially regarding class systems and employment? Multiculturalism teaches us about diversity and differences of cultures, societies and integrating diversity in large societies.
