LMT1 Task 4 Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management for Educational Leaders LMT1 Task 4 Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management for Educational Leaders (Task 4) LMT1 Task 4 Requir... ed Information The four measurable open-ended questions to guide this evaluation are: 1.What was the overall perception of the value Teacher Time Tuesday provided to the teachers personal and professional value? 2.In what ways will Teacher Time Tuesday build instructional capacity on campus? 3.What did teachers see that they would like to know more about? 4.What is a support that teachers had at another campus (or that theyve heard about) that they would like to see at Nelson? Data will be collected electronically through the use of Google Forms and Google Sheets. Before participating in the program, the participating teacher will work with the mentor teacher to determine which areas they would to work on during Teacher Time Tuesday. Using this data, the mentor teacher will create a schedule that meets the participants needs. Once a participant has completed their Teacher Time Tuesday, the mentor teacher will facilitate a reflection conversation and then share the evaluation survey through email with the participant. The participant will be encouraged to complete the form immediately. For participants who do not complete immediately, a reminder email will be sent within 3 days to ensure completion. The source of data will be direct feedback from the participants of the Teacher Time Tuesday program.
