Task 2: Review of Performance Review of Organizational Performance and Processes         The Morenci Unified School District reviews organizational performance and processes throughout the calendar year in numerous ways. Monthly school board meetings are held where updates on current performance and systems are reported individually by the MUSD Superintendent, each buildings Principal, the Director of Human and Financial Resources, the Director of Technology and Curriculum, and the Director of Special Education. The MUSD Superintendent holds weekly meetings with the Executive Leadership Team made up of those individuals responsible for giving monthly board reports in addition to each buildings Assistant Principal, the district Athletic Director, and each buildings Academic Coach. In these meetings, the performance of each school is discussed in great detail and topics include student discipline, school programs, student enrollment, teacher and student performance, and facilities. Within each school building, the Principal holds weekly meetings with her/his Principals Academy of Leaders, consisting of her/himself, her/his Assistant Principal, and the Instructional Leads of each grade level/content area.
