Exam 1 Health is defined differently based on an individual's beliefs about the meaning of wellness. Eudaimonistic Model – Exuberant well being indicates optimal health 3.) Transtheoretical Model – is an integrative model of behavior change. Maslow’s hierarchy – is a theory of human motivation, observations of humans’ innate curiosity. 5.) Medical model of health – indicating the assumption that abnormal; behavior is the result of physical problems and should be treated medically. 6.)
