The five categorical strengths identified about me from the Clifton Strength assessment were Relator, Command, Intellection, Deliberative, and Adaptability. Per the strength test, my attitude towards relationships leans more towards the Relator theme. As a Relator, I am pulled more towards people that I already know. It doesn ™t mean I will avoid meeting new people, but I find more pleasure and strength from being around close friends and family. Once I make the initial connection with a person, I am inclined to understand his/her feelings, goals, fears, and dreams, and help them understand mine.
