These errors will be identified and explained. The proposal was sent to all company employees. Slide 4 of the proposal states the transition to the cloud platform would involve reduction of the workforce. While this information must be considered by the company leaders, it should not be shared with workers whose jobs may be eliminated until a decision is made and a transition plan is in place. Distributing the information before a decision, will cause dissent and distrust throughout the organization. The graphics and font used do not reflect professionalism. Though the bird, trees, and hills backdrop are colorful, they do not relate to the topic being discussed and make the presentation appear amateurish and trivial. The font utilized reinforces the childish nature of the presentation and is difficult to read. Another presentation factor that limits its effectiveness is the grammar and spelling errors on slide 6. Specifically, the use of “their” instead of “there”, “companies” instead of “companys”, “its” instead of “its” and the improper use of a comma after the word “infrastructure”.
