Unfortunately, I wanted to write about Under Armour, but since I was limited to choices, the second runner up was Apple. After choosing the topic, we were then asked to learn everything we could about our companies™ corporate values. As we have seen in today™s society, Apple has certainly become a household name. Apple was started by a brilliant young man by the name of Steve Jobs. As well as his best friend Steve Wozniak who took over after the late Steve Jobs left this world. Apple has truly become a well-known brand that many people use daily. People wait in line to get the new iPhone, Tablets, MacBook™s, iPod, and other great inventions. When explaining organizational values, in a nutshell, it is a way to define who you are and what your company is all about. With values, this is important to recognize, because, without values, your company would nosedive steadily. Values are a crucial step because it looks into the way that people present themselves. That means, that it looks at the way that people handle various problems. For example, if a customer had an issue with their iPhone, so they went to an Apple Store to get it fixed and were treated fairly, that would resonate with a positive experience.
