The environment in which pone is living is one of the main determinants of health. This statement can be supported by the fact that a large number of people depend on the environment for resources and energy required to maintain life ("Climate change," 2020). These resources include safe drinking water, safe residential areas, and non-contaminated air (clean air).A change in climate is a significant environmental issue that is associated with numerous hazardous effects on the health of people. Therefor in this paper am going to discuss on changes in climate as one of the policy health issue that is associated with the environment and the effects climate changes on healthcare delivery system in the US. Description of Policy Health Issue Human activities are among the contributing factors to climate change. When human being burn fossil for fuel,sufficient amount of carbon dioxide is emitted to the atmospheres as well as the greenhouse gases which in turn contribute to climate change (Calabrò&Magazù, 2016). Climate change can result to detrimental impacts such as rising sea levels, extreme weather events and changes in precipitation.
