Proposal_Essay_.docx(1) ENG-240 Proposal: Better Company Training Training is one of the biggest issues in a workplace that needs to be fixed. Through the years, due to the growth of technology, ... online training has become very popular. Although online training has its benefits for the company, there are not as many benefits for the employee. Another way that training has become an issue is when new employees are assumed to know what they are supposed to do when they are not taught by doing and only shown briefly. These important training issues do however have some solutions. A few ways that training can be improved are by general considerations, using more interactive methods of training, and more hands-on training as well. Starting off with general considerations, having an efficient workplace, and making sure all employees understand what they are being asked is important. Everyone has a different way of learning and some people in the workplace are not getting a certain kind of training that they need whether it be more or less training time. In order to ensure the companies customers are satisfied, there must be general considerations in the workplace.
