Eyewitness testimonies is a term used in a legal setting for someone who has witnessed an accident or crime. While Memory and Eyewitness testimonies can work together there can be problems with recalling the memory. Because based on the age of an adult or child that experienced the same event their mind will process the memory differently, Self-Administered Interviews can improve the quality of a testimony given by a child, and Eyewitness testimonies can be unreliable due to social influences or their age.
