The research will further discuss on how PTSD. Literature Review The literature review articles used for the research proposal were located on the University of Phoenix™s library website. The first article is based on a study conducted with veterans in Texas and Vermont. A cross section survey was sent out via email to a group of veterans. The survey consisted of the following questions: first, on how demographic characteristics, attitudes toward PTSD care, and VA and non-VA PTSD, compare reported trust in, satisfaction with, and perceived quality of PTSD care among veterans seeking care across VA and non-VA settings. Lastly, which factors (i.e., veterans™ demographic characteristics, past utilization patterns, and reported trust, satisfaction, and quality with prior care) are associated with preference for setting of future PTSD care. The results of this study indicated that veterans veterans who have received VA care generally report high trust in VA health care, but that trust remains a barrier for veterans who have little experience of VA care (pg. 6).
