I believed she earned this success because of her hard work, dedication, smart, risk taker, co-operation, emotional, strategically and self-concordance. There are some nature born leaders that adapt to the Maslow™s Hierarchy need by going straight to the top. Which is self-actualization top level of Maslow™s theory. In addition, her self-concordance is aligning with her country needs, her values and her interest. Because of her background, well educated, and highly influenced, she able to adapt the power of social belongness. Her acceptance and friendship to mega companies lead to her company partnership to gain her empire. I believed because she is young power Chinese women that lives in a Communist country, where women success scare men. Gender bias in China or even around the world still heavily lives on.
