PowerPoint 2. Modern Health I chose PowerPoint as a digital app I want to learn more about because it directly correlates to my current job goals. It™s a useful tool for presentation needs. I also chose Modern Health as a stress management tool because no matter what, stress will be a normal part of life and having resources to assist with that stress will only benefit me. Modern Health has a variety of resources from life coaches, meditation exercises, and sessions with licensed therapists if needed.
