I will begin by providing an overview of what the course will look like and what learning theories will be employed throughout the course. Next, I will list the learner outcomes and discuss teaching strategies that will be deployed to meet the learner outcomes. I will also discuss strategies related to classroom management and maintaining learner motivation throughout the individual sessions and the course as a whole. Finally, as this will be an ongoing program, I will discuss a number of methods which will be used to assess the course as a whole and determine whether learner outcomes were met and whether there are changes that can be implemented to improve the course.
