Nurses implement 10 €œcarative factors € to help reestablish the health of patients. Watson emphasized concepts of trust, sensitivity and interpersonal skills in these factors (Cherry & Jacob, 2019, p. 82-85). Wellness is considered to be achieved when the patient experiences balance between their mind, body and soul.
