She was accused of sexual harassment on her job. There was a 71-year-old woman who accused the police chief of sexually harassing her in February of 2020. Although when the investigation was all said and done, they City of Sylvester felt that they had followed the proper protocol and did not think that the chief was guilty. She was even placed on administrative leave for a week determinate on the results of the investigation. Urquhart and her legal team contested to her being suspended. There was a hearing that took place in which she testified.
