I have been made to maintain the changes that I made in week two. One change that I made was buying local produce. Before this course it was not something that I thought about. Since this course, it is something that I think about, but I am still not able to do like I want to. Therefore, I still buy produce from my local grocery store and I am not sure where that produce comes from. So, I decided to implement another change. I used to buy my groceries weekly to ensure that I get the freshest produce. I know that is not the best thing for the environment. Now I have decided to shop biweekly and maybe week every three weeks if I can last that long.
