While transferring my dreams from the notes on my phone into a hand-written journal, I also wrote down events from the day that might correlate between my dreams and reality; the times I slept per night; my daily diet; daily exercise habits; and the state of my psychological and physical well-being on the day of the dream. My dreams varied widely from outrageous and what I would deem to be senseless, to tying in very neatly to the events that occurred throughout my days.
