Sleep Journal.docx Sleep Journal and Reflection Psychology Sleep Journal and Reflection Ten days ago I began a sleep journal where I kept track of how long I slept, my dreams, what I ate that ... day, how stressed I felt before going to sleep, how much caffeine I drank, and if I worked out that day. There were many patterns and interactions that emerged throughout this process. Some of which included the difference between my sleep during the week and on the weekend, the interaction between my thoughts and my dreams, and how tired I felt during the day in correlation to the actual time spent asleep. This essay will examine the relationship between the stressors in my daily life and the correlation these have on my sleep habits and dreams.
