Each audience has different requirements for information. These requirements necessitate the use of different format, style, and structure to fit the individual audiences. One size does not fit all. Below are the justifications as to the choices made for each audience. Leadership Deliverable The format chosen for the leadership deliverable is a presentation utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint. The content will include specifics on the current situation, the proposed solution, qualifications of the provider, financial impact and benefits to the organization, and the steps required for implementation. The PowerPoint presentation will provide the information required by the decision makers in the organization and allow our team to answer questions as they arise. The design will be simple and professional. Minimal graphics will be incorporated, but charts will be used for financials. Plain and persuasive styles will be utilized to ensure understanding, while encouraging a positive decision. Employee Deliverable An email is the format chosen for the employee deliverable.
