Pt began complaining of difficulty in breathing swelling and appeared restless. Provider was contacted and advised to 0.5mg of Epi 1-1000 IM injection, 50mg of diphenhydramine IV, 5mg albuterol via nebulizer mask, 125mg of methylprednisolone, and a Rantitidine infusion started. Pt was monitored continuously during treatment and improved rapidly.
